I'm Dave Seppala, a realtor with CENTURY 21 Hill Country Properties serving Central Texas.  Besides being a realtor, I've owned real estate here in Austin, both real estate for investment and real estate for my personal use.  I'm familiar with single family homes, both new homes and resales, duplexes, and investing in and managing small apartment complexes in the Austin real estate market.  In addition my wife and I recently had a custom home built (at The Colony near Bastrop), so we've experienced the process of finding a lot and builder, and going through the construction loan process and building process first hand.
