Getting qualified real estate leads

Our real estate office buys well qualified real estate leads.  Up to one out of ten or so of these real estate leads results in a closing!  These real estate leads are  generated through the use of telephone surveys, and each lead is only sold to one agent/company.   The real estate leads are available for local areas nationwide.  The real estate leads we buy have the following information (typical survey responses are shown in green):

Using 800 numbers to trap caller information
Another source of leads come from our use of 800 numbers which trap the caller information.  These 800 numbers have hundreds of extensions for 100s of different recorded messages.  When  a person calls to hear the recorded message, his caller ID is emailed to you.  We place the 800 number signs on listing yard signs, in magazine ads, and some agents work with custom home builders placing the 800 number on signs at their spec homes.  In addition, some agents let FSBOs use their 800 number for free, capturing the name and phone number of everyone who is interested in the house.  Besides getting leads, there is a high likelihood  the FSBO will choose you as his listing agent when he decides to use an agent.  For information on these inexpensive ad tracking 800 numbers, click here.
